SOLVED! Can't cash in to Gcash to linked Paypal Account Error

Are you having difficulty re-linking your Gcash account to your Paypal account lately by experiencing this kind of error?

Don't worry, it just easy as 1,2,3 in solving this kind of error in your gcash app.

Follow this steps.

Solve this by just editing your DNS on your Wifi Network

For Android users:

1. Go to your phone "Settings"

2. Click "Wifi Settings"

3. Click the Wifi connection you are connected with.

4. Open the settings of the wifi connection you are connected with.

5. Go to "IP Settings"

6. Set the IP Settings to "Static"

7. Copy and input this Public Google DNS 

DNS 1: 8.8.8.8

DNS 2: 8.8.4.4

8. Click "Done" and save. Wait for the connection to refresh.

After doing the above steps, you can login to your Gcash app now normally and try relinking your Paypal account.

Follow these steps.

1. Login your gcash account on your mobile app. Make sure that it is updated and fully supported by your phone.

2. Click "Profile" 

                                         

3. Go to "My Linked Accounts"

4. Click "Paypal" 

5. Login your Paypal email and password

6. A pop up message will appear. Click "Yes"

7. Click "Authorize" to link your paypal account to your gcash app.

8. Click "Close and Continue" or wait for the message screen to refresh.

9. Then there you! You already link your gcash app to your paypal account.
