Xiaomi has launched its Redmi Note 12 Turbo in China, featuring the recently announced Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB UFS 3.1 storage.
The phone comes with a 6.67-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a punch-hole cutout for the 16MP front-facing camera.
The back of the device has a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide unit, and a 2MP macro lens.
It is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support and runs MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
The phone provides Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, a headphone jack, and an IR blaster for connectivity.
It is available in black, blue, and silver colors, and prices range from CNY 1,999 ($290) for the 8/256GB variant to CNY 2,599 ($378) for the 16GB RAM and 1TB storage version.
Xiaomi has also introduced a Redmi Note 12 Harry Potter Edition in collaboration with Warner Brothers, priced at CNY 2,399 ($349) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model.
Open sales for the device in China will begin on March 31, while international pricing and availability have not been revealed.
