The Cozy White House that everyone's dreaming!

This four bedroom bungalow design that we featuring today on our first blog, is the simplest design we have on our lists. It is inspired by a modern contemporary architecture but it different approach. Simple yet looking clean is what we want to achieve in this kind of  house and it shows very flawlessly on it's details.

The exterior design of this house has a dainty and chic look. The mixed of wooden-like groove plaster design in white paint, makes more interesting on the outside. The corner window at the right side of the house, makes it more modern. Garage is fitted for 2 cars which makes the area more spacious, and can be used for gatherings and other occasions. Giving a natural look, the walls on the garage is designed with natural stone while the column is combined with wooden-like plaster design with a twist of decorative stone.

The most interesting part of this house is the roof deck. As modern architecture takes more aggressive in the past years, Architects and Designers are learning to adopt the "new normal" trends nowadays. We incorporated this kind of trends, by designing the upper deck on top of the garage, that can be use for roof gardens or simply a place to hang out. Incorporating a spiral designed stair makes it more space saving option for roof deck access.

Inside this beautiful simple house, is built the simple white and gray color combination of the kitchen. Focused on a minimalist design, we avoid the busy-feels of a normal kitchen and replaced it with a relaxing approach. The kitchen also reflects how simple yet elegant the kitchen area is.

Besides the Kitchen area is the simple-romantic feels of the dining area. For us, the wooden dining table topped with glass, is a perfect pair for a white and dainty look interior. Designed with two pendant lights and a vertical wall divider, will feel a romantic restaurant-like ambiance.

The floor plan is very simple. The 3 bedrooms is placed around the corners of the house, to ensure some privacy, while the busy area are compacted at the center and front. A wide porch on the front is designed to accommodate large visitors together with the Foyer. The large area of living room is designed to accommodate visitors. At the center, you can find the dining area and the kitchen.
