Get Ready for Action: DC's Blue Beetle Movie Trailer Released!

On Monday, Warner Bros. Pictures released the official trailer for the upcoming DC superhero movie "Blue Beetle." The film will feature Xolo Maridueña, known for his role in "Cobra Kai," playing both the titular superhero and his alter ego, Jaime Reyes.

The plot of "Blue Beetle" revolves around Jaime, a recent college graduate who returns home with high hopes for his future, only to find things are not the same as when he left. While searching for his purpose, fate intervenes when he discovers an ancient relic of alien biotechnology known as the Scarab.

The Scarab chooses Jaime to be its host, transforming him into the superhero Blue Beetle with an incredible suit of armor and unpredictable powers.

Directed by Angel Manuel Soto, "Blue Beetle" will be exclusively released in theaters starting on August 16th.
